"Tikki, Power Up!" -Marinette
Our villains have, well to put it bluntly, an extreme advantage. In season one we had our classic Hawkmoth all on his own making single villains that didn't do much. At the end we would hear his rant about how'll he'll get them next time. That next time might be soon Hawkmoth. But there is still hope! Season two saw the addition of Catalyst (many akuma's) and Mayura (amok lady). Ladybug and Chat Noir continued to foil evil daddy's plans. Then... Season three. To keep it simple this is a list of everything Hawky gained. (Hope you don't mind me calling him that.
-Lila as a complete villan
-Chloe as a possible follower
-Got the guardian out of the picture and now knows Ladybug is the new guardian
-Has the translated grimor
This brings me to a point. At the end of Miracle Queen we see a fixed peacock miraculous. This means a way stronger Mayrua. This also means our villain duo now has the recipe for power ups. We know for certain there are water and ice powers but what about the others? Will we continue to see Ladybug save the day against impossible odds? Or will we see it more realistic and start seeing or heroes falling behind?
